We have a variety of shipping and storage containers, pallets, pallet wrap and accessories that will stand up to moisture, heat, insects and rodents, meeting all international regulations including certification to conform to international standards for photosanitary measures (ISPM); in particular, CellPal - the UK's only moulded paper pulp pallet - is gaining widespread attention as a cost-effective, environmentally sound solution.

At Cellpak, we specialise in the supply of archive boxes for document filing and storage. We can make plain archive boxes or printed archive boxes to your specific size or supply you with a stock size.
Our heavy duty archive boxes are manufactured in both standard document dimensions and bespoke sizes.
Our archive boxes are designed to be supplied flat pack to reduce shipping and storage costs and to be very easy to assemble. They will stand up to the test of time without degrading. Archive boxes are produced in plain unprinted corrugated board or can be printed to your specification.

400 x 310 x 315mm - style: 1 piece base/lid

Cellpak supply shipping containers that are manufactured from plywood and can be equipped with tamper evident closures and security seals. We also provide heavy duty corrugated cardboard shipping containers that are designed to be strapped or attached to euro pallets and all other pallet formats.
We stock standard Europa pallet boxes (comprising of pallet, tray, sleeve and cap/lid) - ideal for export/bulk handling - choose from the Half Europa (775 x 570 x 660mm) or Full Europa (1175 x 770 x 660mm) sizes, both made in heavy duty 200 K/T DW corrugated cardboard, easily assembled in seconds.
For excellent protection, try the Euro box & lid (0200 style box and lid) - built in extra heavy duty corrugated cardboard (300 K/T DW). It is immediately available in our stock size of 1143 x 762 x 600mm but we can also make this box to a specific size if required. It will fit a standard Euro pallet, which we can supply separately. The Euro box is to be used in conjunction with steel or polypropylene strapping, which we will also supply.
Alternatively our Wooden Shipping Container is designed to offer superior strength and product protection with easy handling. This requires no nails, thus safeguarding your employees as well as your product. It is collapsible and supplied flat packed. It is easy to assemble, has excellent stacking capability and will also fit a standard Euro Pallet - supplied separately. Order from stock, sized 1200 x 800 x 600mm in 6mm plywood, or we can also make to spec using your custom dimensions for a minimum order quantity of 50 pieces. It is to be used in conjunction with steel or polypropylene strapping, which we will also supply.
To compliment our volume shipping containers, we supply export grade pallets. In addition to ISPM15 compliant wooden export pallets, our compressed fibreboard pallets or press wood pallets and industry leading CellPal moulded pulp pallets are fast becoming staple solutions for modern logistics providers.
The presswood pallets and moulded paper pulp pallets we supply are not subject to ISPM15 export pallet fumigation regulations. They are durable and made from recycled waste materials. In many cases, our recycled export pallets outperform standard wooden export pallets.

Manufactured from 100% recycled paper moulded under intense pressure, CellPal pulp pallets are inherently hygienic and bug free.
CellPal moulded pulp pallets are an extremely durable and versatile alternative to wooden heat treated pallets, plastic pallets or cardboard pallets. CellPal pallets can be used in the same way as conventional pallets, with pallet wrap, for example. No mechanical assistance is required when handling the pallet itself, safeguarding the health and safety of staff and reducing the chance of injuries caused by loose nails, jagged edges or splinters.
With expendable pallets in use extensively worldwide, Cellpal pulp pallets are the environmentalist's choice: strong enough for reuse; quickly and cost-effectively recycled at the end of their usable life via standard commercial waste paper recycling.
